Steam Cleaning Power
One of the most effective ways to clean bathroom tiles is with steam. The heat kills bacteria and loosens dirt without chemicals. If you have a steam cleaner, use the detail brush for grout lines.
The DIY Scrub
Mix 1/2 cup of baking soda, 1/4 cup of hydrogen peroxide, and 1 teaspoon of dish soap. Apply this mixture to the grout and tiles. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then scrub and rinse. This works great for whitening grout.
Daily Maintenance
Spray your shower tiles with a daily shower cleaner (you can make your own with water and vinegar) to prevent soap scum and mildew buildup. Squeegee the walls after every shower.
