Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you do not need to be home. Many of our clients provide us with a key or entry code. We are fully insured and our staff is vetted for your peace of mind. If you prefer to be home, that is perfectly fine too!

Are your cleaning products safe for pets and children?

Yes, we prioritize the safety of your family and pets. We use high-quality, safe cleaning products. If you have specific allergies or preferences for certain products, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Our standard cleaning includes dusting all surfaces, vacuuming carpets and rugs, mopping hard floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms (toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors), and cleaning the kitchen (countertops, stovetop, appliance exteriors, sink).

How do you price your services?

Our pricing is based on several factors including the size of your home (square footage), the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the type of cleaning required (standard vs. deep), and the frequency of service. We offer free estimates to give you an accurate price.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No, we bring our own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you have specific products you would like us to use, we are happy to use them if you provide them.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

We understand that life happens. We ask for at least 24-48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow us to adjust our schedule. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes, Blessed Maid Cleaning is fully licensed, insured, and bonded. We take the security of your home and the safety of our staff very seriously.

Do you clean windows?

We clean interior windows and glass surfaces as part of our deep cleaning or upon request. Exterior window cleaning is typically not included in our standard services but can be discussed.

How do I pay for the service?

We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Payment is typically due at the time of service.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Lyman, Greer, Greenville, Anderson, Easley, Mauldin, Simpsonville, Spartanburg, Duncan, and Welford, SC.

Is satisfaction guaranteed?

Absolutely! If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area at no extra charge.

Can I trust your cleaners in my home?

Yes. All our employees undergo thorough background checks and rigorous training. We only hire individuals we would trust in our own homes.

Do you offer move-in/move-out cleaning?

Yes, we specialize in move-in and move-out cleanings. These are deep cleans designed to prepare a home for a new resident or ensure you get your security deposit back.
